All purchases are sent express courier with 7 day door to door tracked delivery dispatched from our warehouse located in Australia. Duty & Taxes
All purchases are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia and may be subject to import duty and taxes. Customs clearance and any associated costs that may arise will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Product Returns
We recommend purchasing the sample size of our products so that testing and trials can be conducted to confirm the products suitability to your requirements prior to purchasing larger quantities. Product returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Cost for returning products is at the expense of the purchaser. Original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund for returned products. If there are any issues with our products refunds will be gladly made in accordance with the Natural Vanilla refund policy.
